Just as it’s important to learn as much about a medical condition as possible, it is also crucial to understand as much as possible about our own commitment to wellness. The factors that influence wellness and its subsequent manifestation as a “healthy” individual require the attention and awareness that are often motivated by self-efforts. Such approach is not necessarily always based on a nutritional diet, exercise regimen, and/or “proper” lifestyle since these facets can often change.
Rather, the most profound approach that continues to stay unfaltering is the on-going heart-to-heart conversations with oneself that continues to attract phenomena intended to truly create health. This evening talk explored what are some of the common themes in these heart talks.
